The Site describes Cernivis's business intelligence and advisory offerings, including the Cernivis Intelligence Assessment, Revenue Opportunity Diagnostic, Intelligence Build, and Ongoing Intelligence Partnership, and provides a way to request a Strategy Call.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not itself constitute an offer, proposal, or binding commitment to perform any services.

Client Engagements
Any actual engagement for Cernivis's services—including scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and each party's obligations—will be governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work between Cernivis and the client. These Terms do not modify or supersede the terms of any such agreement.
Attorney review required: Confirm this Terms page should explicitly defer to a separate master services agreement / statement of work template, and ensure that template exists and is reviewed by counsel.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
- Do not use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting Cernivis

Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, the Cernivis name and marks, and the underlying design and code—are owned by Cernivis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Cernivis's name, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.

Confidentiality
Information shared with Cernivis through the Site, such as details provided when requesting a Strategy Call, will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality obligations related to an actual client engagement will be addressed in that engagement's signed agreement.

Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Cernivis does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Attorney review required: This disclaimer language must be reviewed and calibrated by counsel to be enforceable in the jurisdictions where Cernivis operates and where its clients and visitors are located.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cernivis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Indemnification
